In-home Consultation & Design Proposal*                        $250.00

The design proposal includes but is not limited to one initial in-home consultation, site visits as needed, scaled working plan(s), concept board, paint chips and fabric swatches where applicable, sourcing of furniture and accessories as required and assistance with installation and styling if desired.

*Includes 60-90 minute consultation and design proposal, one scaled plan, colour recommendations with paint chips where applicable, fabric swatches where applicable & concept board where applicable

Additional  Services                                                              $ 25.00/hr 

Including but not limited to: Meetings, site visits, sourcing of products, purchasing of products on the client’s behalf, shopping with client at a prearranged and agreed upon day & time for the express purpose of fulfilling the design proposal, coordinating & supervising  installation of  items and styling of the space 

Detailed drawings and or rendered plans                  Upon Request

Follow-up in-home consultation within 12 months                 $75.00

Colour consultation only maximum 90 minutes                   $100.00

Includes written recommendations and paint chips

New Home Finishes Consultations                                 $100 to $250

Includes accompanying client to builder’s design centre to provide advice and guidance on upgrade and finishes selections.

Staging Packages                                                           Upon Request*

Two person staging packages to include on-site consultation, installation, rental & removal within client and/or realtor specified deadline for properties for sale or lease.

Holiday Decorating                                                          Upon Request

Seasonal decorating for Christmas available starting November 1st to 30th by appointment.  Interiors only.
